Meet the Team
Head Coach

With four years of experience as a fitness coach, Enrique is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Holding certifications as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and in Strength and Conditioning, Enrique combines professional expertise with a deep passion for fitness.
Starting his journey in fitness at the age of 10 through soccer, Enrique developed a lifelong commitment to physical well-being. This passion carried through to college athletics and evolved into a career in group fitness coaching over the past three years. Enrique’s coaching philosophy is rooted in a genuine desire to support and inspire others, making each session a step towards better health and personal empowerment.
Whether you’re looking to enhance your strength, improve your fitness, or simply get motivated, Enrique brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to every workout.
Assistant Head Coach

With over six years of experience in health and fitness, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her coaching practice. A former gymnast, Katie has navigated the challenges of weight gain and numerous injuries firsthand, transforming these experiences into a profound understanding of personal health and recovery.
Leveraging a broad array of certifications—including those in Nutrition, Pain-Free Performance, and Spinal Health—Katie provides a holistic approach to fitness that addresses both physical and emotional well-being. This diverse background allows Katie to connect deeply with clients, offering tailored strategies that are as practical as they are motivating.
Katie is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their health goals, using their own journey as a testament to the power of resilience and informed.

Larry is a dedicated and dynamic group fitness trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business from the University at Albany. With certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Larry embarked on his fitness journey during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Initially driven by a need to find a new focus after a challenging basketball career, he discovered a passion for calisthenics. This newfound interest led to a membership at Blink Fitness, where his commitment and enthusiasm flourished.
Three years later, Larry achieved his goal of becoming a certified trainer, combining his background in communications with a deep understanding of fitness to inspire and guide clients. Larry is dedicated to creating engaging, results-driven workout experiences that cater to diverse fitness levels, helping individuals transform their lives through personalized training and support..
