Head Coach

Coach Enrique

With four years of experience as a fitness coach, Enrique is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Holding certifications as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and in Strength and Conditioning, Enrique combines professional expertise with a deep passion for fitness.

Starting his journey in fitness at the age of 10 through soccer, Enrique developed a lifelong commitment to physical well-being. This passion carried through to college athletics and evolved into a career in group fitness coaching over the past three years. Enrique’s coaching philosophy is rooted in a genuine desire to support and inspire others, making each session a step towards better health and personal empowerment.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your strength, improve your fitness, or simply get motivated, Enrique brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to every workout.

Studio Manager

Studio Manager Larry

Larry is a dedicated and dynamic group fitness trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business from the University at Albany. With certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Larry embarked on his fitness journey during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Initially driven by a need to find a new focus after a challenging basketball career, he discovered a passion for calisthenics. This newfound interest led to a membership at Blink Fitness, where his commitment and enthusiasm flourished.

Three years later, Larry achieved his goal of becoming a certified trainer, combining his background in communications with a deep understanding of fitness to inspire and guide clients. Larry is dedicated to creating engaging, results-driven workout experiences that cater to diverse fitness levels, helping individuals transform their lives through personalized training and support..

  • Do I need to be in shape to start training at FIIT CLT?
    Absolutely not. We welcome all fitness levels from beginners to athletes. Our programs are scalable and designed to meet you where you are, with progression built into every workout. You'll be surprised how quickly you adapt when you're in the right environment.
  • What kind of classes or training programs do you offer?
    We specialize in strength and conditioning group classes, youth athletic development, and personal training. Each session blends functional strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and performance-focused coaching to get results that last.
  • How do I sign up for a trial?
    You can sign up directly through our website or use apps like ClassPass or Mindbody. You can also text/call us directly at 704-501-6147
  • What should I bring to a workout at FIIT CLT?
    Bring water, athletic shoes, and a towel if needed. We provide all the equipment. Come ready to move, listen, and push yourself. If it’s your first time, just show up we’ll walk you through everything.
  • How long are the workouts and how often should I come?
    Workouts are 45 minutes. We recommend starting with 3 sessions a week for consistency and recovery. Many members build up to 4–5 days as their performance and goals progress.
  • What kind of results can I expect, and how soon?
    Most members start noticing strength gains, better energy, and improved body composition within the first 4–6 weeks if they stay consistent. This isn’t a quick fix; it’s a investment in your health, and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
