Heart-Strong Challenge:This month, we’re launching the Heart-Strong Challenge, designed to boost your endurance, improve cardiovascular health, and build consistency. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this challenge will push you to new limits.
Bring a Friend Week (Feb 17-23):Fitness is more fun with friends! Bring a friend for a FREE class and introduce them to the FIIT CLT experience. Training together fosters accountability, motivation, and even a little friendly competition. Let’s spread the love of movement and community!
