WHAT TO EXPECT
Your performance evaluation
We'll get to know you, discuss your goals, answer any questions, and walk you through what to expect during class.
Your coach will explain the day's programming, demonstrate movements, and provide modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.
You'll be guided through a dynamic warm-up designed to prepare your body for the workout ahead and reduce the risk of injury.
Each class focuses on a different area of fitness—from strength and conditioning to endurance and functional movement—giving you a well-rounded training experience.
We'll finish with a coach-led cool-down and stretch to support recovery, improve mobility, and leave you feeling your best.
