WHAT TO EXPECT

Your performance evaluation

  • We'll get to know you, discuss your goals, answer any questions, and walk you through what to expect during class.

  • Your coach will explain the day's programming, demonstrate movements, and provide modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

  • You'll be guided through a dynamic warm-up designed to prepare your body for the workout ahead and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Each class focuses on a different area of fitness—from strength and conditioning to endurance and functional movement—giving you a well-rounded training experience.

  • We'll finish with a coach-led cool-down and stretch to support recovery, improve mobility, and leave you feeling your best.
