We’ll also take time to understand your goals and give you a clear sense of how our training works, so you leave knowing exactly what to expect moving forward.

  • Not at all. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and everything can be adjusted to meet you where you are. Whether you’re getting back into a routine or looking to level up your training, our coaches will guide you every step of the way.

  • After your session, we’ll help you decide what the right next step looks like based on your goals, schedule, and experience.

    If FIIT CLT feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through membership options and help you build a consistent routine. If not, you’ll still leave with a better understanding of your fitness starting point.
