Cancellation Policy

To maintain the integrity of our training environment and ensure equal access for all members, the following policies apply to all class bookings. Class Reservations Advance booking is required for all classes. Members may reserve classes through the designated booking platform. Class spots are limited and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation Policy We encourage early cancellations to allow fellow members the opportunity to train. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 1 hour in advance will not be charged. No-Show Policy Members who reserve a class and do not attend without canceling will incur a $15 no-show fee. Policy Acknowledgment By booking a class, members acknowledge and agree to these terms.
